Happy Fourth of July! Enjoy your Independence Day celebration! All Shelby County Public Library locations will be closed, Thursday, July 4. This includes the Velma Wortman Morristown Branch, Shelbyville Branch, and Carnegie East Wing. All branches re-open on Friday, July 5th at regular times.
